Billy The Mountain Spotted in UK December 6, 2009

Bangkok resident Billy The Mountain was recently caught hanging out in the UK with jazz star Amy Winehouse and rumoured to be booked to play solo at Prince Harry’s private Xmas bash ‘somewhere in Scotland’. Protocol precludes any comment but he does confirm he headlines a Boxing Day concert at the Blue Lamp in Aberdeen and has been booked to see in the New Year with the family in Fochabers, Scotland who own Baxter’s soups. Otherwise he tells us he has finished ten new songs for an acoustic album his label Acmebroadcast has planned, and heads into the studio in Bangkok and the UK in the new year with ‘a few surprise special guests lined up’. The Billy The Mountain project is getting major mileage in Europe and ‘Billy’ says his management plan a 12-date plus summer tour in summer covering Finland, Sweden, Denmark and the UK.
