Recently I became inspired to pick up my guitar again after many years of neglect. I have written several songs and I feel a really strong urge to start a band, record my (our) songs and even play some gigs.
So I’m looking for people who would like to join me in my project and play some music! Just jamming and recording tracks on the computer to start with and see how it goes from there. You do not need to be an expert musician (I am certainly not!) and anyone who wishes to be a professional musician (as in earn money from it) this is maybe not the right thing for you.
The bands style would be alternative/rock/psychadelic in nature. I am heavily influenced by Brian Jonestown massacre (www.brianjonestownmassacre.com) and their tunes would dominate along with our own stuff of course.
I think Thailand is in need of a musical revolution and needs a thriving alternative scene. There should be more to the music in Bangkok than Hotel bands (no offense) and clubs that turn out crappy techno and hip hop.
All nationalities welcome of course (as if I need to say that).
Join me and together we can keep music evil!

I am a drummer from St-Petersburg, Russia. I am coming to Bangkok on 4th of April and will stay in Thailand for 3 weeks.
